With the next round canceled the WTCC is a shadow if it's former self.

was it not cancelled due to unrest though rather than lack of interest?

The series had record viewing figures across the globe last year.
All forms of motorsport are being hit by the Economic climate but as the big manufacturers pull out new indy teams appear and IMO for Tin Tops this is a good thing.
