Hunter-Reay wins at the mile.

Ryan Hunter-Reay won a rain delayed race last night at the Milwaukee Mile as Chevrolet swept the first six positions. Hunter-Reay took the lead when Dario Franchitti, who had lead 63 laps and dominated got loose on old tyres and slamed the wall in T4. It was a hard hit for Dario and the second time in the last two races that a Ganassi car had crashed out the lead.

Will Power also endured a frustrating day as he struggled with tyres and handling, he eventually finished down in 12th. Joining Hunter-Reay on the podium were Tony Kanaan in the KV Racing machine and James Hinchcliffe who keeps up his impressive run of results this season.

EJ Viso came home 5th, Castroneves 6th and Alex Tagliani, Ed Carpenter and Rubens Barrichello will be delighted with top 10 finishes on one of the more demanding ovals.
