Have to disagree to a certain extent. Peugeot 206 and Renault Clio might be cheap to buy but tend to be high maintenance.

From the cars on offer, I'd take the Golf.

That's the thing with a Golf its quite hard for the uneducated (me) to tell if you have spent one grand or twenty five grand. :lol)
