I have been.

Get there early - very early.
Wear walking boots/shoes - a lot to see and over a lot of area.
One day is not enough - go for at least saturday and sunday!

Enjoy it!

I agree with Pepper, good walking boots, been a couple of times and 1 day isnt really enough, the paddock obviously is time well spent and we always made for the hill around where it starts to climb, normally a good view from there. The rally stage is always good for a look, the actual rally area (unless they've moved it) is quite a long walk at the top of the hill, I spent about 20mins chatting to Hannu Mikkola there a couple of years ago and most of the drivers were chatty, they run a bus service (tractor & trailer) if you dont fancy the walk back down. Enjoy.
